Android Apps for Financial Management

With the world in what appears to be a perpetual financial crisis these last few years, it's tough to know where you, being an individual, actually stand together with your money, unless you have some help. Thankfully, an abundance of financial apps on the market, most of them free, provides you with plenty of options for learning how to become more responsible with your personal finances. Whether you're attempting to handle your own income and expenses, managing a whole household, or running a small company, there's a program that can help get the finances in order.

Some of typically the most popular and well-known personal finance apps focus on the premise that

Mint.com is really a prime example, because, in this way, it does for your finances what Facebook does for the social life.

Casio Watch Connects iPhone to Your Wrist

If you have forgone the traditional wristwatch for of a cellphone clock, you may have a reason to go old-school again. Casio’s G-Shock GB6900AA with Bluetooth 4.0 syncs along with your iPhone to deliver email and phone call alerts.

The G-Shock Bluetooth Low Energy Smart Watch includes notifications for basic items like calendar alerts, weather and stock - even if you have to squint to see them round the tiny screen. You can silence all of these vibrating notifications by simply double-tapping the watch’s screen.

One feature we like to in particular is the watch’s built-in system that notifies you once your iPhone is out of range. That’s ideal for those of us who hastily grab at our pocket in the short burst of panic once you have out of a cab.

Despite its iPhone-syncing capabilities, the Casio watch reportedly doesn’t consume an exorbitant amount of energy because it runs on a traditional button-cell battery. Let’s think that you use the Bluetooth function for 12 hours every day, the watch’s battery could last two-year lifespan.

Casio isn’t the first one to release a smartphone-connected watch. The sleek Sony Live View, $78, runs Android 2.0 and could download apps from the Android Market. The Meta Watch FRAME, $199, is an additional option that connects to both your iPhone 4S and Android smartphone.

Casio’s G-Shock connects with iPhone 4S and iPhone 5. The watch was announced in Japan captured. It now retails for $180 at select U.S. retailers including Macy’s and Bloomingdales.
